Two Volunteering locations

While volunteering with us, you’ll work at two locations.

The first one is Nunya Village, the heart of our project, where children gather to learn, create, and engage in traditional arts and crafts. The second is Good Life Center, our designated “office”, where children receive IT & Computing classes. The center offers free internet access, so you can work on a computer when needed.

How your daily is gonna look like

Each day is categorized in two sessions: Morning and Afternoon. Morning sessions start from Breakfast to lunch and it focus on the main activities the participant is volunteering on while after lunch to dinner activities focus on culture immersion where participants experience the true day to day life in a community. In between volunteer experiences, volunteers get the opportunity to see beautiful sights located within project community, district or region.

Your accomodation

Participants will use hotel accommodation during their volunteer experience at Nunya Village. Additionally, volunteers will have a host family community life experience as an optional service. The host family accommodations are arranged based on the nature of the community, be it rural or urban, the distance of the program from the community, and the available social amenities. Necessary arrangements are put in place to ensure volunteers comfort, and safety throughout their stay.

Meals & Purified Water

Participants are provided with a cuisine blend of foreign and local dishes. As much as we want participants to enjoy the best of the host community, we are also mindful of allergies and other dietary needs. We provide 3 main meals a day, thus Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with inbetween fruit snacks and purified bottled water.

Our Program Coordination

Participants work with experienced, well rounded Local Coordinator who understands the realities of Global North and Global South.
Culture diversity and a nonjudgmental mindset is one of the key pillars in our program implementation. Respect for time, effective communication and promoting team spirit is at the core of our coordination.
Risk Assessment is always carried out before, and during program activities. This is to make sure program implementers and users are safe and protected from any harm or injury. Mitigation plans are put in place to anticipate any injury at site. We provide 24/7 support to our esteemed participant
